Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

I am a consultant with an LLC. I use OnPay for my own single payroll, and find that it has been an absolute pleasure to use

Pros

  • User Interface is extremely intuitive and simple to use
  • Support team is excellent
  • Getting started was painless
  • Has made payroll painless
  • Value for dollar is fantastic
  • My payroll filing was extremely easy with this tax filing
Initial setup was painless, support picked up and was so helpful and courteous and also followed up to make sure I was ok
Everything is so straightforward...I used to struggle with ADP , OnPay blows them out of the water
