Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is easy to implement, with a simple installation process and user-friendly interface. It quickly integrates into daily operations, allowing remote access and support without much setup.
TeamViewer helps us take control of a system remotely and support our clients during software installation or any configurations we need to make on the client side. It solves the problem of remote access, allowing us to work and support clients with any technical issues from our office location.

Pros

  • Remote access and Control : It allow to take Remote access of Client system to Configure any technical issue.
  • File transfer : It's allow us to share a File or Code to our Client end.
  • Support Cross Platform Capabilty : Support and allow user to work with any OS.

Cons

  • File Sharing Issue can be problematic Some time , which I have faced once while sharing a Code to my client.
  • Pricing is also too high than it's Competitors.
  • Connection issue when a low bandwidth detected.
  • Saves a lot of time.
  • Save a Cost of visiting Client Location.
  • Improve Productivity by working at convinent place.
  • Secure and Reliable Connection.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction by Working fast and make easy to get support.
It took around 2 to 3 months to see economic benefits from using TeamViewer. Saving on travel costs and solving issues remotely helped achieve quicker returns. Over time, less downtime and happier clients increased the benefits.
I used AnyDesk before because it was fast and cheaper. I switched to TeamViewer because it has more features, like remote printing, and works better with different devices. TeamViewer also gives better support and tools for managing multiple clients.

I have rated it 9 because, in my daily life, I use it to interact with my client, where I remote into the client's system and configure software. It runs very smoothly, and the UI is also good and easy to navigate. It allows real-time communication while working remotely through messaging, and the support staff is also very good when you encounter any problems. I think it's best for working on the same OS, but when working on different OS, it causes some problems. When price is not an issue, I think it is well-suited, but when price matters, I think it is less appropriate than competitors. If you need to share a low amount of files, it suits well, but for high file bandwidth, in my experience, it lacks or the connection gets dropped repeatedly.
