Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

The implementation was done very smoothly, no issue in the process of implementation and it was very easy.
I use TeamViewer in my organisation to connect with my colleagues and my juniors. Before i used to go physically which waste unnecessary time and energy but now I only use TeamViewer for any kind of help from my colleagues or from my seniors. Its helps me most when i was working from home this was the only application i used to took help from my seniors by giving control of my system.

Pros

  • Very Easy to use interface and quick connection
  • Can transfer large file with very high speed
  • low latency and works very smoothly

Cons

  • Its very heavy application and consume high CPU power.
  • Pricing is little bit higher
  • Facing issue when internet speed is low
  • very first positive impact is its save lots of time
  • Very good for file transfer
  • Pricing is little bit higher.

TeamViewer best suited to take remote control of a system, like many time my juniors message me for help I just connect with them using the TeamViewer and simply took the remote control of their system to resolve the issue in their system also during the issue fixing i always explain them what to do and how to do.
