I work in an environment where TeamViewer is our go to solution to our help desk tecnical issues. First in handling remote issues to our students to ensure total satisfaction of services in the organization. It also comes in handling any technical issue with computers or other systems in the institution.
Pros

Cons
- In my experience the downsides are minimal but limitations to low connection.
- Keeping up with workflow 24/7 anywhere.
- Provision of a large interactive workspace to use even on multiple locations.
- Improved customer services.
